Distance Sales Contract

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER declares that they have read and are informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the product subject to the contract on the website, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically. The product shall be delivered within 3 working days from the confirmation of the order, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, this contract must be confirmed electronically and the product price must be paid by the BUYER.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty in contracts related to the sale of goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER by e-mail or phone within this period and the product must not be used.

6. AUTHORIZED COURT

In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized in excess of this amount.
